FEIT black leather hand sewn platform ballet flats

Beautifully constructed hand sewn black leather ballet flats from FEIT. One piece upper in luxuriously soft semi-cordovan leather with a modern “choked-up” silhouette. Low platform sole. Made from start to finish by one master craftsman. The upper is sewn by hand directly to the midsole. A cork footbed and a bamboo shank stabilizer are added, before cementing the leather outsole to the midsole using a natural, water-based glue. This method incorporates Goodyear welt construction while ensuring that the shoes can be re-soled. The shoes for sale are in great condition. There's wear to the insoles and soles as shown. The uppers have light creasing but no fading or other flaws. The leather has been conditioned to keep it supple and luminous.
