lacie510 Size Medical... pit to pit is 19" Back length from neck to bottom of lace is 26.5" long 3.5" open-faced from front of neck to where the underlining starts. Sleeve is around 11" long (hard to measure when it is open lace.) 6.75" from top of back next to the start of underlining.About 4.5" from bottom of underlining and bottom of lace. So 4.5" of open lace.

lacie510 @missbramirez Regarding the true to size question. I can't answer that since a medium can be all over the place regarding measurements. I recommend measuring something that fits you how you like and compare to my measurements. It would be best to measure something with no stretch since this really doesn't stretch.
