*FINAL SALE* NWOT Long Sleeved Juniors Dress Size XS

Adorable plaid dress with long sleeves and black button details. Colors are black, cream and purple/pink. Sizing is estimated. Tag states M and my daughter is a Medium and would never fit in this. Shoulders and arm pit measurement are 16" across and waist is 14" across. Material is probably polyester but not labeled. All offers welcome and appreciated.
