Waist laying flat is approximately 15 inches size 4 very unique skirt. The exterior is hard to describe. It almost looks like feathers very pretty in great condition. When I pulled the comps, I could not find a stock photo, but it did state it was faux fur but in my opinion, it does not look like fur please reach out with questions.
