Dress is new with tags. Skirt is lined. Floral embroidery. Boho style. Mini dress. Straps are adjustable. Elastic waist band. Size Small. There one spot on the inside lining, that will probably come out in the wash (see last photo). Measurements were taken with dress laying flat. Armpit to Armpit: 16 inches Waist: 13 inches ( does stretch to give more room) Length: 28 inches (not including straps). Measurements are approximate. bn19
