Forever 21 xxi cerulean blue short-sleeve sweater in size Medium, fits like small-medium. Scoop neck with subtle fabric ruffles up the front, and knit-covered matching buttons. Ribbed hem and cuffs, nice for layering over summer dresses or tank tops. GUC; some all-over wash wear and more noticeable pilling on the sides, one small snag near the shoulder (see photos).
