Formal evening Prom dress

NWOT - blue chiffon dress with decorative flowers made with sequins - the top has a tan color mesh/tulle little see thru ish , but also has cup liners. This dress has a zipper back with little to no give. So please verify your measurements. My dresses tend to run small, you may need to size up. Look at the last pictures posted on how to measure and the measurement chart. Once you know your measurements you can find what size dress will fit you best from my closet.
