This skirt is in very good condition. No rips, stains, tears, holes, or other damage. There is some staining on the interior (does not affect the exterior of the skirt) which looks like it may be self-tanner [shown in the 5th picture]. Material: Cotton/Polyester/Elastane - some stretch available within the fabric. Measurements: 29" waist, 17" length in front, and 19" length in back.
