Sweet baby blue dress from Francesca's boutique under the line, "Miami". Well made and hardly ever worn. The dress has a floral theme and has the delicate eyelet design. Around the neck are sewn circles for the collar. It has a built-in slip, which makes it nice, so you can choose to avoid any bra straps showing underneath the sheer top part of the dress on the upper chest area.
