Free People Medium BOHO Wind Willow mini-dress Peasant tasseled embroidered VG

Free People, Wind Willow mini dress (or could be worn as a tunic) in a size Medium. Black background with blue and Sherbert orange embroidery!! Long sleeves, 100% Rayon with the thread Polyester and Nylon. Machine wash cold. There is a tasseled tie in the front, smocked cuffs, and shoulders. Length: 33" pit to pit: 23" Waist: 32" Arm length: 26" weighs: 12 oz I see two areas where there is a loose thread, one on a cuff and one on the back collar. I have shown in photos. Probably an easy fix but I did not want to try as I am no seamstress and if I cut them, it could have got worse!! Otherwise beautiful condition and from a smoke-free home.
