Free People New Romantics Knit Top

This is such a beautiful top. Slightly boxy with slit sides. Scoop neck with applique. Lace aplique in sleeves. Very colorful black, tan, brown, olive green and a rustic orange chenille yarns with a multi colored boucle yarn striped through with pops of magenta teal blue and white. One of the sleeves has a piece of knit sticking up. Im not sure if this is from wear or is meant to be that way.
