Fun Vintage 60s Colorful Quilted Dress Graphic Print Rhinestone Detail MCM Pinup

Fun rare vintage 60s colorful quilt fabric party dress. The bright graphic print fabric is like a 1960s bedspread - thick and with a sewn quilt pattern. The waist portion has many colorful bright rhinestones. There are no tags and I’m not sure if this was homemade or manufactured. I’m guessing this is from the early to mid 1960s from the silhouette but can’t be sure. Zips up the back. It’s truly an unusual standout dress. Great condition, does have a few small stains on the interior near the hem. All the rhinestones look intact. About a modern size 6 but check measurements. Approximate flat measurements: Armpit to armpit: 17.25” Waist: 14” Hips: 17” Length: 39.5” I do my best to describe the era and provenance of items but at times I may be wrong.
