janiebop @jmorris73 it looks to me that your measurement on the inseam might include the full length from waist down to leg hem? A OR size would not be 38” long inseam

jmorris73 @janiebop I added two pictures for you to reference. From the top of the jean to the crotch is the rise of the jean, which we have an 8” rise. The inseam is from the crotch to the end of leg. That is 30”. So if you were to take the entire length of the leg and subtract the rise - you have your inseam. Which as you can see on this one is 30”.
