Gingham & Floral Tiered Ruffle Sleeve Top/Dress

Blue and white gingham with a multicolored floral. Half to 3/4 sleeves with tiered belled ruffles. Small keyhole with button closure at back. This is a dress from the girls' section but my sister bought it as a top for herself (as a 30 something yr old) because she loved the print. I don't know if she ended up wearing it; it is in excellent condition. I'm 5'3" and it hits me on my thigh like a tunic top or mini dress. Approximately 28" long shoulder seam to hem and 15.75" across armpits.
