Gorgeous vintage multi use small red bead tassel scarf tie necklace

From my personal collection. This is a gorgeous either one of a makers first pieces or possibly handcrafted pieces with tiny hard acrylic & larger high resin larger beads at the bottom of the teasels. I haven't seen another like this but I do have another scarf tie bead piece in my collection if you search my closet for "scarf necklace" & these are the only 2 I have ever seen & they are dated to at least 1970 because the box I got them in was written "up to 1970" I have don't a lot of research but cannot date them or they're exact worth but whoever is luck enough to obtain either their venue would only go up. Necklace length is 49" total or hangs 21" when around your neck. New
