@gmarame1 I wouldnt feel comfortable saying that since so many clothing brands vary with sizing.
What I will say is that I have always (was) a true medium, between 6/8 and it fit with no problem EXCEPT at the chest area. I can no longer even think of trying on since I've gained 17lbs since I last tried on.
I truly hope this helps. I understand its hard to buy without trying on.
