This is a British dress by TopShop. It is a very sexy mini. It is totally covered in sequins. The colors are Green, Black, Purple, Blue, and Green. The color and design changes as you rub your hand over the sequins. The dress is fully lined with a black polyester, stretchy lining. There is a large gold zipper in back. The label says UK size 8 which converts to a USA 4. Check the measurements below.
