Hem & Thread Polka Dot Dress Size Small. The self is 70% cotton and 30% polyester. The lining is 95% Polyester and 5% spandex. Hand wash cold and hang to dry. Sleeveless. Has ruffle detail on shoulder straps. Lined. The straps cross in the back. V neck. Zips in back. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as followed: armpit to armpit is 16 inches, waist is 14 1/2 inches, and from top of the strap to bottom of the dress is 34 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
