cynthiamonto297 @hydrangea78 Hi Dear! Sorry for the late response! The measurements when flat are: 20" armpit to armpit, 17" waist (not stretching) and 36" length from shoulder to Hem. The waist is Elastic on back and adjustable belt tie on front.
