We cannot guarantee that clock will keep time exactly or continue to run indefinitely. Batteries not included. Base of clock measures approximately 10" long by 3" wide. Height of entire piece measures approximately 12.5" tall. Clock face measures approximately 2.75" in diameter. See photos for more detail.
