Handmade by Peas & Carrots dress, approximately girls' 4T (see measurements below), no care or size tag. Sleeveless, 1.5” straps, back keyhole button, a-line, red shoulders and neckline, white body with floral hem and red background, pink pom pom trim. Appears to be made with vintage table cloth or tea towel, thick textured fabric in very good condition. Handmade by a small shop-tag says “Peas & Carrots.” Flat measurements: Pit to pit-13.5” Approximate waist-16” Length-23”
