Haute society black fringe cocktail dress

High quality fabric , it has stretch and give . The fringe comes down over the shoulder . Back had a cute cut out detail that the fringe hangs over . The back side is covered in fringe . The pictures don’t do this dress justice . It’s just hard to capture . A couple of the fringe pieces could snipped ( they are snagged ) but it’s still a great quality dress . Perfect dress for the holiday season , wedding guest dress , A night out , cocktail party , date night etc .
