Heavy Duty White Enameled Steel Kettle Pot Watering Can White Blue Lined Vase

Country kitchen style, heavy duty enamelware kettle/pot. It does have chipped enamel and some rust spots (see close ups). Perfect for watering plants or could be used as a vase. I am unable to identify age or maker, but is much heavier than the steel enamelware I usually come across. White enamel on outside and dark blue speckled enamel on the inside.
