early 2000's. says 2004 on the tag. size small. knitted stripes in fall colors. zipper from neckline to hemline. in great working order too. collared neckline. still has the padding in the shoulders! found a small puff area in the left shoulder area. looks to be a sewing knot which would make it more a flaw then something someone did to it. other than that I found no other flaws or issues. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack n, section c
