kshamrocks Hello. I received the item today. However, upon inspection, I realized that one of the little curves on the handles is broken. Also, a little bit of the gold paint is missing in one of the front sections.

atelierparis @kshamrocks obviously I did not see those flaws when I sent it to you or I would not have listed it. I think the correct protocol is to contact Poshmark and tell them your issues and see what they say. I apologize for any inconvenience.

kshamrocks @atelierparis Okay. I will do that. I looked back at the pictures and realized it was missing in the pictures but it said it was in “excellent condition” so didn’t look really close at the pictures.

atelierparis @kshamrocks I try to take a picture from every possible angle and ask my husband to look at it before he packed it. was the broken piece in the packaging? and I didn't see any gold missing....

kshamrocks @atelierparis No, I looked first in the packaging and then looked at the pictures you posted. I see that in the pictures you had posted that it was already missing. The little scratched off gold doesn’t really bother me, it is the broken piece that does. If you look at the bottom of one of the scrolling handles, you will see there is a broken piece. I will see if I can send you a picture with it circled.
