Hi low Royal blue sequins Cocktail party prom dress

NWOT - Brilliant blue high low dress with Sequins top & skirt attached. This dress runs small - tag says US 6 , but I say it’s more like a 4, and the 4 I say is more like a 2. This dress runs really small even compared to my chart. So I have posted the sizes accordingly. there’s a half zipper and half corset lace up, but There’s not much give. Please look at the last pictures posted on how to measure and the measurement chart. My dresses tend to run small. You may need to size up 1-2 sizes from your normal in my closet. Please Verify your measurements and locate them on the chart then you’ll know what size dress will fit you best from my closet. Any questions just message me. Remember if you are using the laying flat measuring method, bust armpit to armpit, then you will need to double that number before trying to locate your size on the chart. 0000(4), B4217(2), All of my dresses are new.
