Iridescent light blue gorgeous dress

I love this dress more than any dress I’ve ever bought. Pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It is fitted, but the bottom balloons a bit. I’m not a bow person but I love this one for some reason. There are two small spots (see pics) that I found but nothing that shouldn’t come out when dry cleaned.
