polishedpetunia I hear ya. The best I can do is: the pit-to-pit measurement is 22" straight across. It is wrap style with a single snap at the bust line. There's not really much stretch to the piece. I think it is designed to blouse a bit over the elastic waist. It's not something I have worn. Hope that helps. Thanks for your interest.
