This "Kelsey" button-front blouse by J. Crew Factory is made of 100% silk and features the Evening Primose print of plum-colored flowers against a green background. It's sleeveless and buttons up the front to the adorable ruffled neckline. The buttons are a plum color that matches the plum color in the print.
