@auntmaryrose gently used. We are NOT a pet free home. We are smoke free. Sleeves are almost 17”. Top to bottom is 28” & across is 29. I posted pictures of how I measured and pictures of inside of jacket. Let me know if you want additional measurements or pictures. Thanks.
