The outside is made of 56% Polyester (sheer area) and 44% Cotton (ribbon and flowers) It really is a sweet skirt and could be dressy with a little cardigan,knit top and sandals or casual with a tank and sneakers. In my opinion, it’s a twist on an eyelet skirt.
