Jessica McClintock Strapless Prom Dress Satin Lace

Size 3 measurements on pictures. Supposed to be new with tag, but looked like somebody has wear it at least tried it. I see light pilling on the bottom of the dress and on the chest (see pictures). I see tiny dot stain on the inside chest of the dress, an on the side chest, see picture. Other than that, I everything looks great, tag attached.
