Jessica Simpson two piece summer dress

Summer dress with spaghetti straps and blouse/jacket in black, green and yellow. Jacket can be worn on its own or with dress. Dress is V neck with short tie. Back is elastacized. Hem is high low as is jacket. Dress buttons all the way up the front. Hand or gentle wash and hang to dry.
