KPM Hat Pin Stick Pin Holder # 22999

This is a white porcelain KPM hat pin or stick pin holder with a bottom dish that could be ring dish. It is white with two different floral designs on either side, and blue and gold trim. It is marked as shown. It measures 5.75 inches tall and the base dish is 4.25 inches across. The top has ten holes which are rather unevenly cut. There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
