Kate Spade Tunic Dress

GORGEOUS pastel feather print in this super lightweight tunic/short dress. 87% cotton/13% silk. This used to have sleeves on it but they were sewn incorrectly, so I had the sleeves professionally removed. It’s SO cute worn as is in the summer and with leggings/boots/cardigan in the winter!
