Komarov Soft Textured Midi Dress with Lace Detailing and Lettuce Skirt

This dress is beautiful. It's lightweight and feels like butter on. The skirt and neckline have gorgeous lace detailing. The fabric is charmeuse and lace–stretchy and textured. Handmade in the US. The designer, Shelley Komarov, is really interesting. She immigrated to the US from Russia where she was a costume designer for a major ballet company. In the US she did costume design as well and won multiple Emmys. C O N D I T I O N Like new condition. Never worn.
