LAPIS yellow evening clutch

Yellow satiny evening clutch with silver chain. Outside is in good used condition. It's looking like the glue is separating from the gold trim of the rosette as indicated by the picture. There are a couple tiny dots on the back of the purse. The tag on the inside does say hand wash cold although I have not tried to. Wore this one time to a friend's wedding.
