La Mouette 2 Piece Dress Set Funky Mesh Overdress and Lining Women's Size 2X 3X Such a cute dress! I love the versatility of the two layers I liked to wear the over dress over leggings and a top Under layer could be worn on its own, but it is not intended to be worn alone and might not be great. La Mouette is an interesting brand and a size 4 is supposed to equal a size 28, but these run small so I based the size off the under dress. Overdress is very roomy and could fit larger.
