Ladies sleeveless blouse by J. CREW Size 4 This is a blue and white pleated shirt that zips on the left-hand side under the arm made by J. CREW it has a low V neck that buttons at the top & is sleeveless. It is a very nice shirt it has Ruffles around the chest area as you can see from the pictures. It is made of 100% cotton it's gathers at the waist & measures about 24 1/2 inches from shoulder to the bottom of the hem. GK
