This is an ivory chiffon maxi skirt, very feminine. It has a 1.5 inch elastic waistband. As can be seen, it is sheer from the thigh down. It has a 17” skirt lining. Fabric content of shell and lining is 100% polyester. Easy care, machine wash and dry. Measurements are length 43 inches and waistband 31 inches.
