Beautifully crafted vintage neon floral dress. Black background features hot pink, purple, shades of green, and white floral pattern. Dress has a zipper and eye hook closure in the back, tie belted, and ruffle hem. While this is a vintage piece, it is in like new condition. Vintage size 14 is equal to a medium or size 8-10. This brand is reminiscent of Liberty of London, Lilly Pulitzer and Marimekko.
