Cotton vintage 80s or 90s Liz Claiborne floral brocade maxi skirt dress and rose flower themed with some teal green blue on trim. Has belt loops and can have a slit as long or short as you’d like. Hits at the ankle. Great with black boots for fall or sandals for summer. One button is missing but in good condition otherwise. Gorgeous fabric, material, composition, tailoring.
