Gorgeous detailed floral print in fall/ spring colors. Tiny accordion or knife pleats all around. Fully lined. Like new condition. No flaws. Black elastic waist looks decorative not functional but it’s totally stretchy!! Waist flat is 19” before stretch top to bottom 22”.
