This lovely navy blue wrap skirt with ties features a colorful batik flower print with a ruffle at the bottom. There is no size on the skirt but I am a small, 27 in jeans and it fits me perfectly so I would say my size or smaller for best fit. 100% rayon. In good pre-owned condition.
