Lorenzo (Italy) vintage 80s silk satin long sleeve size 10 tunic

Luxury satin slim long tunic for dressy workplace or party. Pullover not button-up. Front placket closes with two small snaps below the standing collar. Back neckline to hem 28”. Pit to pit 23” across the front. Hip/bottom-edge circumference 41”. So the shape narrows towards the bottom. Made in Italy of gorgeous silk. Sleeve buttons not original. Which “Lorenzo”? since that floor of Newman Marcus sold high end labels back in the 80s. My guess is a pret a porter label of Lorenzo Riva — but I have no proof.
