@letzgoshop oh the hardware has scratches, they all do after one time of wearing it. It's the biggest complaint LV lovers have with LV on this bag, but it is unavoidable unless you don't wear it and just want to collect. It comes with the original chain and the monogram strap. I know it's been sold out for a couple years now which is why I hate to sell it 💔

@letzgoshop absolutely, you need to know what you're spending money on. 🙂 No pen marks or stains. Small powder makeup marks on the pocket, usually comes out with makeup cleaner wipes but I just didn't ha it was hard to list it so I just did it before I lost my courage and resolve
