@jenniflower_nj hey!!it just means that it needs some work done. But honestly you can wear this as is because the outside is fine. The inside was messed with and the zipper removed for some reason… maybe to install the chain.

I thought it meant that a previous owner altered the piece either by adding or taking something off.. aka the zipper was taken off, painted, different hardware, a strap/chain added and ect.
