Lucky Brand Ticey Wedge Sandals Size 7.5

I believe these are defective. they are missing the bottom back strap, and you can see where it is missing on the sole, but can't tell when on anything is wrong. They're basically in good condition minus the strap. no box they are a heavier sandal.
