A gauzy like material with a stretchy lining & elastic waist with belt loops but didn’t come with a belt but neither one I used comes with but you can use any belt or even a long scarf would look great. Measurements, wash instructions & fabric on pics. True to size 8 with tags brand new. Hem is somewhat fun with wrap skirt outer gauze & stretchy material shorter length inside.
