M Citron Santa Monica Silk Blouse Tunic Long Grey Floral 1/2 3/4 Sleeve

Citron Santa Monica size medium. May have originally had a slip lining, there are some snaps along the back side of the neckline and I'm not sure what they are for. Gorgeous 100% silk, drop shoulder, 1/2 to 3/4 sleeve length, small side slit, double layer hem. No stains or flaws noted
